If you are in search of visiting a memorable place with the family while in county Clare, look no further than Bunratty Castle & Folk Park. The place has got everything you need to spend a lovely time. We ourselves keep great memories of our visit there with our families and it stays a must-see when anybody comes over.

Visit the inside of the castle and its magnificent collection of medieval furniture and furnishings, walk along the village streets, visit dwellings, recreated as they would have appeared at the time, pet the animals at Pa's Pet Farm, follow the fairy trail or stop off at Mr. O'Regan's Cafe to eat one of those delicious scones, there is something for everyone there. There is also a lovely new shop where you can hunt some Irish souvenirs of your stay. The shop stocks well-known brands such as Foxford, Avoca, Newbridge Silver & Waterford Crystal.

For those of you who want to get a taste of medieval Ireland, we highly recommend you book a seat at the banquet table! Over 3 million people have experienced this unique medieval banquet since it's inception. Revel in a four-course meal in this historic castle and be entertained by the world-famous Bunratty Castle Singers. Enjoy Music, song and dance while you dine in the Great Hall of Bunratty Castle. We have done it, and we loved it!
